Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to boat rental are refundable less 3%. Cancellations made within 3 days of boat rental are non-refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
Full payment is due at time of reservation. Reservations without payment are not confirmed.
Other Policy
WEATHER POLICY: No refunds will be issued for cloudy or light rain conditions. If lightning is reported within 10 miles, renter will receive call from Marina to return to the dock. If weather permits, renters may continue the reservation after 30-minutes following the last lightning report If bad weather persists a raincheck or partial refund will be issued by Marina. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 21 or older for motorized boats. All personal watercraft operators must be at least 21 years of age and must watch the PWC safety video prior to operation. MARINA IS LOCATED at 2070 West Mountain Road, look for Poison Creek campground.
