Policies

General Policy
At Tamarack Resort, we make every effort to ensure that you get the property you request. If circumstances, including but not limited to maintenance issues or homeowner requests prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit at no additional cost to you. Considering Tamarack’s distinctive ownership framework, it is imperative to convey that requests for reassignment from your initially assigned unit may not be accommodated.
Written Cancellation Policy
April 16 – May 31 October 1-December 19 You must cancel at least seven days prior to arrival, or the full value of the reservation is charged. The full value equals the entire guest room reservation amount (including resort fee). Once you are within seven days of arrival, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. January 5-April 15 June 1-September 30 You must cancel at least fourteen days prior to arrival, or the full value of the reservation is charged. The full value equals the entire guest room reservation amount (including resort fee). Once you are within fourteen days of arrival, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. December 20-January 4 The remaining balance of the reservation is charged thirty days prior to arrival. Once you are within thirty days of arrival, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. TRIP INSURANCE: Reservations with Trip Insurance will be refunded all payments less the cost of insurance and a 3% credit card fee. Trip Insurance may be added within 24 hours of booking and a minimum of 1 day prior to scheduled day of arrival.
Written Deposit Policy
January 5-December 19: A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking, no deposit is taken until the cancellation period. December 20-January 4: The deposit for Village/Lodge is taken at time of booking in the amount of the first night’s total inclusive of taxes and fees.
Check In
4:00PM. Early check-in may be requested, but is not guaranteed. If you'd like to guarantee check-in prior to 4PM, the reservation should be booked for the prior night.
Check Out
11:00AM. Authorized departures after 11AM may be charged half the nightly rate. Unauthorized departures after 11AM may be charged the full nightly rate.
Pets Policy
Dogs are only allowed in pet-friendly accommodations and with the Pet-Friendly Fee paid at check-in. I understand that at time of arrival, I will sign a Pet Registration form acknowledging my responsibility for my pet as well as any liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses for personal injury or property damage caused by my pet. I further agree to reimburse for such damages on demand. I agree to indemnify and defend Tamarack Food and Beverage LLC, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, owners, agents and employees from all liability, claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by my pet. Damage to leather sofas may require a replacement at the cost of $10,000 minimum. Unauthorized and/or unregistered dogs within your unit or on the property may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund and up to a $500 fee; not including additional cleaning or damage fees. Other Policy
Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee is included in the total cost of all reservations. If any property is left above normal dirtiness, we reserve the right to bill accordingly for any additional cleaning that is deemed necessary by management. We do not provide mid-stay housekeeping services. However, we are happy to provide you with additional towels, linens, toiletries, or other amenities upon request. Occupant is liable for any damages to the premises including but not limited to the furnishings, equipment, and/or household items in which damage occurred during occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Please report any damages to your unit during your stay and prior to your departure. Non-Smoking Policy: All Tamarack Resort properties are designated as smoke-free environments. This policy encompasses all indoor and outdoor areas such as decks, patios, hallways, lobbies, garages, plaza areas, restaurants, as well as pool and hot tub areas. Smoking within any of the prior specified areas is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your Rental Agreement, with a $500 cleaning fee. Occupancy Policy: Total guest count may not exceed maximum occupancy of condo booked.
